FAQs

Why isn’t the Transmitter turning on?

Check if the switch is “off”. We pre-set all transmitters to be on “high” but if this has been tampered with and is on the “off” setting, the transmitter won’t respond.

Why is there a clicking noise?

This indicates that the transmitters are trying to broadcast their frequency through thick, usually concrete walls. Our advice is to move the transmitter to a more central location for your gathering.

Why is there no sound?

The volume on your headphones may be turned all the way down. Or, your audio device isn’t turned up enough (or at all). If it’s neither of these, you may have wandered too far from the transmitter! The headphone’s reach is the equivalent of 3 football fields.

What is the Off/Low/high switch for on the Transmitter?

That’s the transmitter’s frequency! We recommend always keeping it on high.

Do I need to worry about headphones keeping their charge?

Nope! The headphones are charged before we deliver them and can party for 10-12 hours.
